Today we’re addressing the horrific situation in Afghanistan with two pieces of commentary from two different writers at Not Fake News.biz.

In the first, author Mark M. Bello points out that the origin of the American troop pullout that is taking place was with defeated President Donald Trump, but now the Republican politicians are jumping all over President Biden for following through.

Then, we’ll switch to commentator Seth Mendelson, who writes about the tragic consequences of a war that never should have happened and expresses outrage at the horrific cost in human life, including our American service personnel who fought there, many not to return home.

I’ll be narrating both pieces for these two fine writers.
